Meet Jeremy Nivens – NP-BC


Jeremy Nivens joined The Dermatology Center of Indiana in August of 2015. He is a board certified nurse practitioner having obtained his NP degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014.  Prior to his work as nurse, Jeremy served as a pastor for 11 years and still teaches at times in the children’s program and for adult classes at his church.  Prior to joining the Dermatology Center of Indiana, Jeremy worked in an Urgent Care setting.

Jeremy has been married to a wonderful lady for 17 years. Most of his friends wonder how in the world he was able to marry someone that is way out of his league!  Jeremy and his wife have 4 healthy children aged 5-13.  During his spare time he enjoys teaching at the local church, being an avid reader, fishing in the creek with his boys, swimming in the pool, and hauling his kids to their various activities.
