The Dermatology Center of Indiana Brings Its Full Spectrum of Services Under One Roof

Larger, Consolidated Facility Offers Dermatology Care, Mohs Surgery, Cosmetic Treatments, and Clinical Trials in a Single Location.

PLAINFIELD, IN – The Dermatology Center of Indiana and The Indiana Clinical Trials Center have moved to a new, integrated facility at 2155 East Main Street in Plainfield. The new practice is now open and will be celebrating with a grand opening event and ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 28th from 4PM – 6PM.

The Dermatology Center of Indiana has provided convenient access to expert dermatology and skin cancer care in Indiana since 2002. The Plainfield practice is excited to bring its core dermatology services—medical and cosmetic dermatology care, Mohs surgery, and clinical trials—together under one roof.

The Dermatology Center of Indiana’s board-certified dermatologists and providers offer comprehensive care for a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancer, eczema, acne, and psoriasis. Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon Dr. Shayna Gordon provides advanced Mohs surgery on-site in Plainfield, ensuring patients receive specialized skin cancer treatment close to home. The practice also offers a full suite of cosmetic dermatology services, including neurotoxin injections (such as Botox® and Dysport®), dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Located within the same building, The Indiana Clinical Trials Center conducts cutting-edge dermatology research, giving patients access to new treatment options for complex and chronic skin conditions.

Dr. Scott Guenthner founded The Dermatology Center of Indiana in 2002 in Plainfield, IN. He shares, “The people of Indiana are near and dear to my heart, as is the critical importance of dermatology, skin cancer detection and treatment. This new location will only increase our impact and our ability to reach more people in our community with the dermatology care they need.”

The new facility will be staffed by Dr. Scott Guenthner; Dr. Shayna Gordon, Dr. Adam May, Dr. Kim Berebitsky, Kimberly M. Eads, FNP-BC, CCRP, Jeremy Nivens, FNP-C, Sarah Lawson, FNP-C, Audrey Hewitt, PA-C, Shelby Geist, PA-C, Kendra Rininger, NP-C, and licensed esthetician Kim Chatham. It boasts a square footage of 23,363. With 33 total exam rooms, the new facility will accommodate a larger number of patients annually with a broad range of services.

This relocation will not impact existing partnerships with the local medical community. The Dermatology Center of Indiana has always taken a collaborative approach with community partners, leveraging a seamless referral process.
